2012 Scholarship Presentations

On January 8, we were delighted to award Ruthie B. Felker Scholarships to members of our Congregation who are striving in all areas of Technical, Baccalaureate, and Graduate degree candidacies. Of the 18 scholarships that were awarded this year, none of it could have been accomplished without the support of the Mt Carmel Missionary Baptist Church Congregation, The Peter F. Irby Scholarship Foundation, and some area businesses who supported the families of some of our scholarship recipients. Thanks to Sister Nicole Harton, Chairman, Sister Careda Taylor, Chairman of Alumni & Ministry Adviser, Sister Michele Taylor, Applications and Communications Director and the entire Scholarship Ministry
